At SUNDAY SOMEWEAR, every piece is thoughtfully designed and quality-checked before dispatch. We hope you love what you receive. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Policies
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate the return, please email us at support@sundaysomewear.com with your order number and reason for return (so we can take your feedback and keep improving). Our team will review and guide you with next steps.Â
Damages and issuesÂ
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Â
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you once the refund is approved. Please note that returns can take 7–10 days to reach us, so we request you to wait for this period before the refund is processed. Our team will reach out to you as soon as your return is received and reviewed.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund, unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@sundaysomewear.com.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size or colour is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 60 minutes of placing them. To request a cancellation, please reach out to us through our contact page with your order number or email us at support@sundaysomewear.com
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy.
