At SUNDAY SOMEWEAR, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully inspected before it reaches you.

We hope you love what you receive.
However, if something isn’t as intended, we are here to ensure a seamless resolution.


Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition —
unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact, and in original packaging, along with valid proof of purchase.

All returns are subject to a quality check upon receipt.

Damages & Concerns

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery.

If you receive a piece that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at the earliest.
We will assess the concern promptly and make it right.


Exceptions

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalised pieces
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure about a product’s eligibility, we encourage you to reach out prior to purchase.


Exchanges

Exchanges are offered based on availability.

If your requested size or colour is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

Please note:

  • Returns may take 7–10 days to reach us
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or provider, additional processing time may apply.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.


Shipping & Deductions

  • Return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund, depending on your pin code.
  • Any original shipping charges are non-refundable (not applicable for free shipping)

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 60 minutes of placement.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our policy.
